PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
After completing his articles with a Calgary firm, Patrick was called to the Alberta Bar in 1998. During his five years there, he maintained a general litigation practice.
For several years, Patrick practiced in the in-house legal department at a major insurer. While there, he maintained an insurance defence practice focused primarily on automobile bodily injury claims.
Since June 2008, Patrick has practiced with Scott Hall LLP where he has continued his emphasis on insurance defense in a general civil litigation practice.
Patrick has appeared at all levels of the Courts in Alberta and has successfully conducted numerous Judicial Dispute Resolutions.
