PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

Lorena Dunlop’s primary practice has consisted of insurance defence, personal Injury and general civil Litigation. She articled with a senior member of the bar who did an extensive personal injury practice in 1998 and she joined the firm as an associate. Lorena continued practising general civil litigation, including insurance defence and personal injury with a prominent Calgary law firm until she joined our firm in 2005.

Lorena’s experience involves Trial and Court experience at the Alberta Court of Appeal, Alberta Queen's Bench and Provincial Court levels, and Jury Trial at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Lorena has also completed numerous courses dealing with mediation (Conflict Management) and alternative dispute resolution.

As an Associate at Scott Hall, Lorena practices general litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence litigation.
